૧. હું મારા છાત્રાલયની સુરક્ષા થાપણ ફક્ત ત્રણ વર્ષ પછી જ પરત લેવાનો દાવો કરીશ.
1 ) I will claim my hostel security deposited only at the end i.e. after three years.
૨. હું ઇલેક્ટ્રિક ઉપકરણો જેમ કે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક કીટલી, હીટર, આયર્ન, ઇમર્સન સળિયા, સીડી પ્લેયર, ડીવીડી વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરીશ નહીં અને જો મને આમાંથી કોઈ પણ વસ્તુનો ઉપયોગ કરતો પકડવામા આવે તો પ્રથમ કિસ્સામાં મને રૂ .૧૦૦૦ / – (એક હજાર) નો દંડ થઈ શકે છે અને બીજી વાર આમાંથી કોઈ પણ વસ્તુનો ઉપયોગ કરતા જોવા મળે તો હોસ્ટેલમાંથી સસ્પેન્ડ કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.
2 ) I will not use electrical appliances, such as, electric kettle, heater, iron, emersion rod, CD player, DVD etc and if I am found using any of these items, I may be fined Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand) at the first instant, and may be expelled/ suspended from the hostel if found using any of these items for the second time.
૩. જો હું કોઈપણ વિદ્યુત ઉપકરણો, સ્વિચ બોર્ડ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ લેખ અથવા સંપત્તિને તોડી અથવા નુકસાન કરું છું, તો હું સામગ્રીની કુલ કિંમત અને રૂ .૧૦૦૦ / -(એક હજાર) નો દંડ અથવા કોલેજ સતાધિકારી દ્વારા નક્કી કર્યા મુજબ ચુકવણી કરીશ.
3 ) If I break or damage any electrical appliances, switch board or any other article or property, I will pay the total cost of the material and a fine of Rs.1000 /- or as decided by the College Authorities.
૪. હું વોર્ડન/ચીફ વોર્ડનની અગાઉની લેખિત પરવાનગી વિના છાત્રાલય છોડીશ નહીં અને નિર્ધારિત તારીખ અને સમય પૂર્વે છાત્રાલયમાં પાછો આવીશ. છાત્રાલયની બહાર જતાં પહેલા, હું મારું છાત્રાલય કાર્ડ/કોલેજનું આઈડી કાર્ડ લઈ જઇશ.
4 ) I will not leave the hostel without prior written permission of the warden/ Chief Warden and return to hostel before the prescribed date and time. While going out of the hostel, I will carry my hostel card / College ID card.
૫. હું મારા રૂમમાં કોઈપણ દિવસ કોલેજના લોકલ વિદ્યાર્થી અથવા બહારના વ્યક્તિને આવવાની મંજૂરી આપીશ નહીં અને તેના ઉલ્લંઘનના કિસ્સામાં મને રૂ. ૧૦૦૦ / – (એક હજાર) અથવા વધુ દંડ અને મારા રૂમમાં મળેલા કોલેજના લોકલ વિદ્યાર્થી અથવા બહારના વ્યક્તિને પણ રૂ .૨૦૦૦ / -(બે હજાર) નો દંડ થશે.
5 ) I will not allow any day scholar or outside in my room and in case of its violation I may be fined Rs. 1000/- or more, further, a fine of Rs. 2000/- may also be charged from the day scholar or outsider found in my room.
૬. હું રેગિંગ વિરોધી કાયદાથી વાકેફ છું અને છાત્રાલય અથવા કોલેજ કેમ્પસમાં અથવા બહારના કોઈપણ સ્વરૂપમાં કોઈ પણ રેગિંગ પ્રવૃત્તિમાં સીધી કે આડકતરી રીતે સામેલ થઇશ નહી અને આ બાબતના ઉલ્લંઘનના કિસ્સામાં, હું યોગ્ય સતાધિકારી દ્વારા નક્કી કર્યા મુજબ કડક સજા માટે જવાબદાર રહીશ.
6 ) I am aware of the anti -ragging laws and undertake not to indulge, directly or indirectly, in any ragging activity in the hostel or College campus or outside, in any form whatsoever. In case of violation, I will be liable for severe punishment as decided by the Appropriate Authority.
૭. હું તમામ વર્ગોમાં ભાગ લેવા અને દરેક સમયે મારી હાજરીને 75% થી ઉપર રાખવાનું કામ કરીશ. જો હું કોઈ માન્ય કારણ વિના છાત્રાલયમાં પાછો જઉં છું, જ્યારે વર્ગ ચાલુ છે, ત્યારે હું છાત્રાલય/કોલેજમાંથી સસ્પેન્શન અથવા અન્ય કોઈ દંડ અથવા અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા નક્કી કર્યા મુજબ દંડ માટે જવાબદાર રહીશ.
7 ) I undertake to attend all classes and keep my attendance above 75%at all times. In case I stay back in the hostel without any valid reason while the classes are going on, I will be liable for suspension from the hostel/ college or any other penalty or fine as decided by the Authorities.
૮. હું છાત્રાલયમાં કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો ખોરાક રાંધીશ નહીં તથા હું છાત્રાલયમાં ભોજનાલયનુ ભોજન કે વાસણ પણ લઈ જઈશ નહીં.
8 ) I will not prepare/ cook any type of food in the hostel. I will also not carry food or the mess utensils inside hostel.
૯. હું વોર્ડન, સ્ટાફ અથવા કોઈપણ વિદ્યાર્થી અથવા વ્યક્તિ સાથે ગેરવર્તન કરીશ નહીં.
9 ) I will not mis-behave with the warden, staff or with any student or person.
૧૦. હું જુગાર, ધૂમ્રપાન, દારૂ, નશીલી દવાઓ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ માદક દ્રવ્યોનુ સેવન કરીશ નહીં.
10 ) I will not indulge in gambling, smoking, consuming liquor, narcotic drugs or any other intoxicant.
૧૧. હું છાત્રાલય/કોલેજ પરિસરમાં ફાયર આર્મ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ શસ્ત્ર રાખીશ નહીં અથવા ઉપયોગ કરીશ નહીં.
11 ) I will not keep, carry or use fire arm or any other weapon in the hostel /college premises.
૧૨. હું ચીફ વોર્ડનની પૂર્વ લેખિત પરવાનગી લીધા વિના કોઇ વાહન (ફોર વ્હીલર/ટુ વ્હીલર) કોલેજ કેમ્પસમા લાવીશ નહીં.
12 ) I will not bring any vehicle (four wheeler/ two wheeler) inside college campus without prior written permission of the Chief Warden.
૧૩. હું દિવાલ, અરીસા, દરવાજા, બારી અથવા છાત્રાલય/કોલેજની કોઈપણ મિલકતને નુકસાન કરીશ નહીં.
13 ) I will not spoil the wall, almirah, door, window or any property of the hostel/college.
૧૪. હું હોસ્ટેલમાં બર્થડે પાર્ટીની ઉજવણી કરીશ નહીં.
14 ) I will not celebrate birthday party in the hostel.
૧૫. હું છાત્રાલયના નિયમો/કોલેજનો શિસ્ત કોડ/આદેશો/સમય સમય પર જારી કરેલ સૂચનો હેઠળ પ્રતિબંધિત અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રવૃત્તિમાં સામેલ થઈશ નહીં.
15 ) I will not indulge in any other activity prohibited under the hostel rules/college disciplinary code / orders /instructions issued from time to time.
હું છાત્રાલયના નિયમો / શિસ્ત કોડ / નીતિઓ / ઓર્ડર્સ / સમય સમય પર જારી કરેલ સૂચનોનું પાલન કરીશ. હું ઉપર જણાવેલ બાબતો સંપૂર્ણ રીતે સમજી ગયો છું અને તેના ઉલ્લંઘનના કિસ્સામાં મને ભારે દંડ ફટકારવામાં આવી શકે છે જેમાં હોસ્ટેલ/કોલેજમાંથી મારા હકાલપટ્ટી / સસ્પેન્શન / રસ્ટિકેશનનો સમાવેશ થઈ શકે છે.
I will abide by the hostel rules / disciplinary code / policies / orders / instructions, issued from time to time. I fully understand that in case of violation, I may be imposed heavy penalty which may include my expulsion/suspension/rustication from the hostel/college.
