આ સાથે હું કોલેજના સતાધીશોને ખાત્રી આપું છું કે અને નોંધ લઉં છું આ કોલેજના વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે:
I hereby assure the college authorities that as a student of the college I am require to:
૧. હું કોલેજ દ્રારા આયોજિત (ક) વ્યાખ્યાનો (ખ) ટ્યૂટોરિયલ (ગ) પ્ર્યોગશાળા (ઘ) વર્ગકસોટી (ચ) આમંત્રીત વ્યાખ્યાનો (છ) એન.સી.સી/ એન.એસ.એસ. / પી.ટી./ (જ ) યોગા અને ધ્યાનશિબિર અને (ઝ) કોલેજ દ્રારા આયોજિત ઈત્તર પ્રવુતિઓમાં હાજર રહીશ.
1 ) Attend regularly (a) Lectures (b) Tutorials (c) Practicals (d) Class tests (e) Guest Lecturers (f) NCC / NSS / PT (g) Yoga & Meditation program and all other extra-curricular activities conducted by the college.
૨. મને જાણ છે કે એકવાર ફી ભર્યા બાદ નીચેના માંથી કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં તે પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.
(૧.) મારી પાસે પ્રોવિઝનલ એલિજિબિલીટી સર્ટિફિકેટ હોય પરંતુ અંતિમ એલિજિબિલીટી સર્ટી જી.ટી.યુ. તરફથી મેળવીને રજૂ ન કર્યું હોય.
(૨) મારુ સત્ર જી.ટી.યુ. તરફથી માન્ય ન થાય.
(૩) મારી વિનંતીથી અથવા સંસ્થાના સત્તાવાળાઓ દ્રારા મારો પ્રવેશ રદ કરવામાં આવ્યો હોય.
2 ) Note that the fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if
- I am provisionally admitted and fail to produce final eligibility certificate of GTU
- My terms are not granted by GTU
- Admission is cancelled at my request or by authorities.
૩. મારો પ્રવેશ મારી વિનંતી અથવા અન્ય કોઈ કારણોસર રદ કરવામાં આવે તે સંજોગોમાં મારી બધી ખરી રસીદો સુપ્રત કરવાથી મને ફક્ત કોશન મની ડિપોઝિટ પાછી મળી રહેશે.
3 ) Note that in the event of cancellation of my admission at my request or otherwise, only the caution money deposit will be refunded on surrendering all the original receipts. No. Photo copies will be accepted for the purpose.
૪. હું કોલેજ પ્રિન્સીપાલ/કાઉન્સેલર ની પૂર્વ પરવાનગી સિવાય કોલેજમાં ગેરહાજર રહીશ નહિ.
4 ) Take prior permission from the principal / counselors for the leave of absence from the college.
૫. જીટીયુ ના નિયમો પ્રમાણે જો મારી હાજરી થિયરી અને પ્રેકટીકલમાં નિયત ટકાવારી થી ઓછી હશે તો જીટીયુ. ની સત્રાંત પરીક્ષામાં બેસવા દેવામાં આવશે નહિ, અને મારુ સત્ર ગ્રાન્ટ થશે નહિ.
5 ) As per GTU rules if my attendance in the theory & practical classes is less than the required, then I will not be permitted to appear in the GTU Examination & my term will not be granted.
૬. શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવાસમાં મારા ખર્ચ ભાગ લઈશ. પ્રવાસ દરમિયાન કોઈ હોનારત થશે તો તેની જવાબદારી સંસ્થાની રહેશે નહિ.
6 ) Attend all educational tours conducted by the college at my own cost & risk and college authorities will not be responsible for any accident or mishap during the tour.
૭. હું તમામ સત્રકામ પર્યોગશાળાની ચાર દિવાલો વચ્ચે પૂર્ણ કરીશ અને મારી સત્રકામની જર્નલ કે તેના પાના શિક્ષકની પરવાનગી વગર પ્રયોગશાળા બહાર લઈ જઈશ નહિ.
7 ) Complete the term work within four walls of the laboratories and will not take the journals or pages of the journals outside laboratories without permission of the teacher concerned.
૮. સંસ્થાના પ્રાંગણમાં પાન, ગુટખા, તમાકુ કે નશાકારક દ્રવ્યનું સેવન કરીશ નહી તથા ધુમ્રપાન કરીશ નહી.
8 ) Note that it is prohibited to consume pan, gutaka, tobacco, drugs of other intoxication material and smoke in the college campus.
૯. હું માંદગી /બીમારી બાદના દિન ૧૦ સુધીમાં દાક્તરી સર્ટિફિકેટ મારા પિતાજીના પત્ર સહીત રજુ કરીશ તેમજ શક્ય હશે તો ફોન દ્રારા પિતાજી દ્રારા ખાત્રી કરાવીશ.
9 ) Submit medical certificates for the period for which I may be stick, within ten days of the recovery along with the letter from my – parents and if possible telephonic confirmation from the parents to that effect.
૧૦. કોલેજમાં શિસ્ત જાળવીશ અને કોઈપણ ગેરશિસ્તમાં ભાગીદાર બનીશ નહી.
10 ) Observe general discipline of the college and will not be a part to any type of misbehavior in the college.
૧૧. હું એન્ટી-રેગિંગ ના તમામ નિયમોથી વાકેફ છું. હું કોલેજ કેમ્પસ, હોસ્ટેલ તથા કેમ્પસ બહાર તેના નિયમોનું પાલન કરીશ. મારા દ્વારા કોઈ સંજોગોમાં તેનું પાલન ન થાય તો મારી સામે શિક્ષાત્મક શિક્ષાત્મક પગલાં લઇ શકાશે તેણે મને જાણ છે.
11 ) I am aware of the anti -ragging laws and undertake not to indulge, directly or indirectly, in any ragging activity in the hostel or College campus or outside, in any form whatsoever. In case of violation, I will be liable for severe punishment as decided by the Appropriate Authority.
૧૨. પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ગેરરીતી આચરીશ નહી અથવા એવી પ્રવૃત્તિમાં મદદરૂપ બનીશ નહી.
12 ) Refrain from using unfair means in all the examinations and I shall not be aiding or abetting in using means in the examination.
૧૩. મારુ ઓળખપત્ર હંમેશા કોલેજમાં વાચનાલયમાં સાથે રાખીશ. કોલેજ / મંડળની અધિકૃત વ્યક્તિ દ્રારા મંગાવામાં આવે ત્યારે બતાવીશ. હું તેમ નહી કરું તો મારી સામે શિક્ષાત્મક પગલા લઈ શકશે તેની મને જાણ છે.
13 ) Carry my identity card in person in the college premise college library and produce it when any authorized college / Trust person asks for it. Failing with disciplinary action against me, is liable to be taken.
૧૪. કોઈપણ સાંસ્કુતિક રમતગમત અથવા એન.સી.સી. /એન.એસ.એસ. ની પ્રવૃત્તિમાં ભાગ લીધા પછી દિન ૧૦ સુધીમાં મારી કોલેજમાં ગેરહાજરીના સમયગાળાનું કોલેજ ઓફિસમાં સર્ટીફીકેટ સુપ્રત કરીશ.
14 ) Submit certificate stating absence due to participation in sports, co-curricular activities or NCC / NSS within ten days of completion of the event.
૧૫. હું નોંધ લઉ છું કે સંસ્થાના શિક્ષકગણ દ્રારા ખાનગી ટ્યૂશન પ્રતિબંધીત છે.
15 ) Note that taking private coaching by college teacher is prohibited.
૧૬. સરનામા માં ફેરફાર અથવા ટેલિફોન નંબર બાબતે કોઈપણ ફેરફાર અંતે તુરંત કોલેજ ઓફિસેને જાણ કરીશ.
16 ) Inform immediately the change in my address and / or telephone number to the office
૧૭. મારા દ્રારા પ્રયોગશાળા સાધનને નુકશાન થશે તો તેની કિંમત મારે તુરતજ ચુકવવાની રહેશે.
17 ) Note that if any equipment in laboratory is damaged by me, I will have to bear the cost of the equipment.
મે ઉપરોકત બાંહેધરીના તમામ નિયમો વાંચ્યા છે અને સમજ્યા છે. મારો પુત્ર/ પુત્રી /પાલ્ય દ્રારા એ સંપુણઁ રીતે પાળવાના આવશે તેની ખાત્રી આપુ છું. નિયમનો ભંગ કરવાના કિસ્સામાં સંસ્થા દ્રારા જે શિક્ષા કરવામાં આવશે તે મને સ્વીકાર્ય હશે વિસનગરની કાયદાકીય મર્યાદામાં રહેશે.
I have read and understood all the rules mentioned in this undertaking and give assurance that they will be strictly observed by my son/daughter/ward and will accept the penal actions taken by the college against him/her on violation there of subjected to Visnagar Jurisdiction.
